Hmmm. Not the best set of details in the world, but it looks like there is plenty of parking.

Oh Stump Pumpy, I just got a dig in the ribs from my partner next to me trying to sleep through me uncontrollably laughing at that one.

Also, I like the way they seem to be trying to lead people into thinking they're getting the whole house.

ha! we saw this ad the other day (it is in our 'search area')

hilarious, and a bit of a shame cos it is a nice looking house...

Not quite it's on a hill so they will get 3ft of snow when everyone else gets an inch!

I live on a hill not far from there....

Strangely we seem to have exactly the same amount of snow as the houses at the bottom of the hill.

There are indeed advantages to living on a hill. Cold air drops so our garden gets less frost than elsewhere, plus cold callers, gypos, chavs, and burglars cant be arsed to walk up the hill. I believe the expression is 'safe' ;)

Thats good enough reason to live on a hill.

Burgh Heath is part of the North Downs...... and there is often snow in that area when there is no snow anywhere else. You can tell what cars live up there when they appear in Epsom town with snow on the roofs!

I like this one and it has been reduced from one million so a bargain!

Not sure what the yellow rectangle on the floor in picture 6 is; it looks like a brass plaque but on the floor?

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
