If they really want to sell that house they should pay for a deepclean, a skip and a lick of paint. Even a developer may be scared to take that house on in case they caught something. What is odd is that some parts of the house are OK- liked the mowed lawn...I mean priorities people!0

Houses are expensive around there as it has good commuting links into London and I was going to say "Because it has planning permission for an additional house"

How long ago did the most of the country have the streetview car taking pictures? It was quite a while - almost 4 years here. If you look on the street view picture you can see the extension was there then, and the roof of the extension is still not finished.0
