Strip the plants off the outside.
Get rid of the poncy paint in the hall - strong enough features without additional embellishment,
Get rid of the sail thing.
Redo bedroom walls.
Strip out spa room & fit one of those strong current lap pool thingies.
Do a bit of pruning in the garden.
