Love the exterior of the house, the garden, kitchen and the internal original features.....and the wine cellar, of course - not sure about the spa room or bedroom walls though

Strip the plants off the outside.
Get rid of the poncy paint in the hall - strong enough features without additional embellishment,
Get rid of the sail thing.
Redo bedroom walls.
Strip out spa room & fit one of those strong current lap pool thingies.
Do a bit of pruning in the garden.
Then I'll consider it. Not paying that much for it though :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
