St Albans has become much more expensive in the last 10-15 years. When that was built, the land was so much cheaper.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I'm cheating a bit here as a lot of these aren't housing, but the Daily Telegraph has published a list of the world's ugliest buildings. Personally I rather like the elephant and picnic basket, but covering the National Library of Kosovo with what looks like big boils was not a great idea:
