Oh dear - I'm guessing the tenant there doesn't want to go, and has made sure it's as messy as possible for the photos!!


Seems like a lot of money for a studio flat too.

Other studios in Brum are on for £10k+ more.

Weird when you look at the floorplan, it's essentially a square yet they've managed to mess it up!

Yes - a relative recently bought a 4 bed for just over £200,000 in Kings Norton.



I guess thats the cost of city centre living.
