The trees are to the north and east, so no big deal. The River Witham is somewhere among them too, which probably rules out development behind as well. Interesting how we see the same thing, but interpret differently.Besides the trees outside, this is a gorgeous house!

I wouldn't go that far! Just an average new-build shoe box, imo.
