Vendor loves their bold colours and silly phrases on the walls

Besides the trees outside, this is a gorgeous house!

The trees are to the north and east, so no big deal. The River Witham is somewhere among them too, which probably rules out development behind as well. Interesting how we see the same thing, but interpret differently.
Indeed! The only thing I like about it are the trees, lol :rotfl:Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
Over £40,000 mis-sold PPI reclaimed0 -

I wouldn't go that far! Just an average new-build shoe box, imo.
I can't see a problem with the trees, other than needing some tlc. They create a nice backdrop.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Yep. Lovely garden, but ruined by the house being tiny and cramped. The bathroom isn't very nice either.0 -

Me too, as I flick through the photos the word which constantly jumps to mind is bland.0 -

I've seen this sort of thing IRL, though not so disorganised, but more depressing, because more renovation had been done.....and it all needed undoing! The lady of the house had long gone.
In this one I see a "Husband, have a happy day" card, not far from the toothbrush. His attention to personal grooming in the midst of such chaos is commendable.
Perhaps there's still hope.....and a cut of the eventual sale price too!0
