I wouldn't go that far. No air conditioning, no central vacuum system, no swimming pool or sauna, and "Karndean" flooring is just pricey vinyl isn't it. Looks like fairly standard new home spec. A step up from Barratt-Argos perhaps, but it's hardly Sandringham.
