Looks like someone has run out of money! And a shower cubicle within touching distance of the bed isn't an en suite.

I think the trees would put me off, no control over getting them cut or reduced.

I like them, it's not as if they're leylandis which block all the light and you'd probably get a decent variety of birds in the garden.

My main nagging concern with this would be the possibility that a developer could buy the adjacent land and gain planning permission to cut down the trees and build more houses which would overlook this one.
