It was still 160K when i posted the link... Looking what has sold for 130 on the road i think it should have gone for 150k.
I cant seem to find any public comments, or his objection letter on the council website?I read that story earlier on but still can't figure out what is going on.
In the picture in the article he is opening a window, surrounded by bricks, onto a building to his property's left.
Is the house being sold the neighbour's house, not his?
I could not work it out either until i had it on google maps, their side ext go's into the side and back of his house, both houses are laid out strange really.
The man selling is number 4

I think I can guess. No complaint about the application but then the family Begum move in and he doesn't care for that!
"The neighbours, a family of six, had the extension done before moving in a year ago"
I can't see that the extension much affects his property at all amongst the tightly packed properties in the area.0 -

We've got the same candlestick as in picture three! £9.99 at Sainsbury's :rotfl:
Whatever was in those display cabinets must have been really bad if they emptied them and left the swords!
There's also a nice feature in the garden, ideal if you wanted a quick shave.0 -
This one is available to rent, so doesn't fully fit in this thread, but
I'm not sure what's on with the garden...

Is it just me or does anyone else find these miniscule splashbacks eg. pic 15 ugly & pointless? Just tile it all or don't bother.0 -
