It was still 160K when i posted the link... Looking what has sold for 130 on the road i think it should have gone for 150k.

I cant seem to find any public comments, or his objection letter on the council website?

I think I can guess. No complaint about the application but then the family Begum move in and he doesn't care for that!

I can't see that the extension much affects his property at all amongst the tightly packed properties in the area.

Whatever was in those display cabinets must have been really bad if they emptied them and left the swords!

There's also a nice feature in the garden, ideal if you wanted a quick shave.

Is it just me or does anyone else find these miniscule splashbacks eg. pic 15 ugly & pointless? Just tile it all or don't bother.
