There's a house in the village where myself and parents used to live they had a front extension with a different coloured brick. It looks more stupid than the link. Surely the extra cost of a brick to match the house is relatively small to the whole cost of the extension

Reading the Application Form, He was told he didn't need planning but he wants a cert for lawfulness, has he wasted his time/money, when its the highway department that would say no when he tries to drop the kerb?

At least he’s included a floor plan. For the garage. Not the plot. With no measurements.

I read that story earlier on but still can't figure out what is going on.

In the picture in the article he is opening a window, surrounded by bricks, onto a building to his property's left.

Is the house being sold the neighbour's house, not his?
