Somewhat loose interpretation of the word "close" (and "very close") in the description. Sure you could be further from the amenities...
No photo of the house from outside suggests it may be one surrounded by trees, which would give away the exposed location.0 -
...which I never see the point of anyway. The viewers will soon realise they've been conned as soon as they step inside the door.
The EA that sold my last house deliberately didn't do that. What they did do was take photos that "glowed" at you.
I make the outside of my houses "glow" at people anyway - but the EA also took photos that made the inside "glow" at people. Personally - I think that's the thing to aim for - a house that "glows" and "sparkles" at people with warm light.0 -
