A house where I'd be checking the condition of it harder than usual - because the owner was obviously more focused on decorating it than maintaining it (that conservatory window:eek:).
But I'd view it if I were on the hunt in that area and could afford it - and then check hard whether that nearby "greenery" I was buying it for was going to stay put or get redeveloped.0 -
