I think the garden swing is in the outbuilding which seems to have fake grass as well :cool: Or maybe it's just a green carpet/rug :think:In the event of a home invasion you would never be short of options

On the floor plan I think it's called the 'garden room' - again... technically...That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
