Ahh they have changed it now. It was something along the lines of 'Has quite a long lease, can't quite remember the exact length off the top of their head'

This is an unusual layout, only 3 bedrooms but even the smallest bedroom is bigger than the main bedroom of many other 3 bed properties. Presumably the en-suite and the small room linking it to the rest of the house was originally a bedroom prior to the property being extended.
Also includes a model railway in the back garden.
