A derelict north Norfolk hotel and outbuildings could be demolished to make way for eight new homes on the site.

It seems the original house was built in 1903/4 and known as Beckhythe House.

It was opened as a small hotel after the Second World War and was used most recently as bed and breakfast accommodation for people in receipt of council benefits. The house is in a very poor condition having been badly treated for the past 10 years or more, the statement says.

Get the bulldozers in! 1.5 acres should be enough for 10 detached homes or lowrise apartment development of say 50 units.
