It's just a standard 2 up 2 down, so it's difficult not to have 2 reception rooms, as neither makes a very attractive bedroom - the "lounge" opens out directly onto the street (or a small front garden) while you've got to walk through the dining room to get to the kitchen and bathroom0 -
