Really common now on new build estates. Absolutely awful imo. But not as bad as having someone else's garage underneath! (also common).They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Yup. I live on that kind of new build estate (not for much longer I hope). Lots of houses that have bits going over entrances to parking areas, and also flats above garages.0 -
