I think it looks nicer in the older advert.

I can't believe those stairs!

The skirting board is stepped behind the cupboard - are there some small steps there? The EA should really have another picture showing them.

I wonder how many people have been put off viewing by those pictures of the stairs?

Have you seen this one? Needs some updating (new roof I'd reckon and check out the artex on the ceilings lol) but great location and reasonable price.

Thanks for that-agree about the location. Used to be one of our places to visit when we were down.
Unfortunately there's a residency restriction. Grrr.

I don't know how they got away with that. We had to virtually move heaven and earth when we put new stairs in when doing a loft conversion. The treads had to be a certain depth and we had to have a 900mm size square at the bottom of the stairs.

Wow, this one's a doosey ! I especially love the kitchen/bathroom arrangement in pictures 4 & 5. Bath with a close down lid that handily becomes the kitchen worktop.......
