My very good friends live in Brighton and rent in a nice area and have a nice little place. They are looking to buy but have decided to carry on renting for a while longer as that's the standard they can afford at the moment.
It's expensive in these parts; I live in a bog standard 2 up, 2 down mid terrace and they sell for over 200k.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
