We have a flying freehold, the whole of one side of our road have houses that do (i didn't realise until we were going through the buying process but did remark at the viewing 'it's odd...upstairs feels bigger than downstairs' :rotfl: ) Its just a bizarre shape, I guess prob something chinmey related perhaps?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

"The design was created for the Daily Mail ideal home exhibition, and with only around 15 built, this is one of a small number of Sunspan properties that are still in existence today."
This is code for, "Most others have long been pulled down."
"Being of Sunspan design and construction we would advise that lending is in place prior to bidding if you are purchasing through a mortgage."
This is code for, "It's of non-standard, steel panel construction and as dodgy as a £13 pound note."
