The one big plus point with that the garden is it's not overlooked, pretty rare for a relatively modern 3 bed semi/terrace.0 -
There's a trick. When the towel roll jams and won't move, reach for the back of the roll where it goes back up into the thing and, holding both sides, tug the towel sharply downwards. This releases whatever it is that has jammed and means you can then wind it on and find a clean, dry unused bit.I remember those Towelmasters, the towel rarely wound on properly. I remember my old boss going ape, coming into our office and grabbing the office Polaroid to take a photo of the loose towel draped all round the machine before firing off a rude letter to somebody about it.
I was taught that trick at school aged 9 and it's still one of the more useful things I learnt at school.0 -
