what is it with the bikes.

A lot of house for your money up there.

At first from the plans I though only access to the garden through the study but there are French doors in the kitchen.

Wow that place is massive! I'm not a fan of the decor but it seems to be in good nick.

Bikes - I would say typical hipster move but that doesn't fit with the style.
Where's the 7th bedroom? A kitchen is on the 2nd floor listed as kitchen / 7th bedroom. that's a new one.

I spent some time in the entertainment industry but this is the first time I've seen intelligent lighting installed in a house (pics 17 & 18) ..

At the other end of the scale, how about this absolute beauty for $1,995,000?

I lived in SF for a while and I used to dream of living in one of these. That sun room!

What one can see of it looks nice - though the photos are an obstacle, as one can't see all of them at once and there aren't enough of them.

The map makes it look like it's probably a nice neighbourhood and I was even looking enviously at many of the street names - that little convenience of just being able to call a road by a number, rather than having to spell the name out every single time.... How enviably logical.

Though...yes...I would be worried about the geology...and a virtual friend of mine has recently moved away from that sort of area because of it.

I think I've been in a smaller and less richly-decorated one of those houses owned by a friend of my cousins - I remember that layout. I do love SF!
