    It's actually a nice house apart from that, and the price reflects the fact that whoever buys it will have to rip and replace literally everything. If it were in good nick it would be well over the million around there.

    If I designed the exact opposite of a decent flat, it would be something like this - a Lovecraftian disaster zone.

    Nice spot the cat in pic 7.

    Nice garden:)

    But I guess one can tell the state of the house by the fact that "Loadsa photos - but only two inside ones".

    It says it's terraced, but I can't see that building being divided up into at least 3 houses.

    Look at the floorplans and the first photo. It looks like you get the whole first floor, but not all of the ground floor. The right-hand end of the ground floor and the conservatory on the short side of the house look like they could be separated, and the footpath leading past the hedge make it look like each section has its own garden.

    It is. Theres a lot attached behind it on the aerial photo; maybe 4x more, though some might be an agricultural building.

    No words can do this detached gothic style residence and viewing is the only way to fully appreciate both its contemporaneous and character which is laid out over three floors

    Pic 3 - why is there a door stuck out from the wall?

    Pic 4 - interesting. Not sure what else to say!

    Wish the house has a floorplan

    Pic 10 - not liking the Perspex back of wardrobe/landing wall thing

    Though it is on the main road... but yes, it's a good size. Probably a good one to make into flats.

    What is going on with that purple/pink bedroom? Fitness obsessed 6-year-old girl's room?!

    Northwest facing garden too, which is a shame. Yep, good flat fodder.

    Of all the places to live, a shopping centre would already be pretty low on the list. This place does nothing to dissuade me of that;
