The one is my dream is more like an oblong water-filled pit, perfectly positioned in front of a bay window such that you would fall into it if you went to look out of the window and didn’t notice it...
I used to know someone who lived in a house like this, but bizarrely the pond was 1 foot inside the house and rest was in the garden... so in theory a burglar could swim through the pond into the house. Very strange!0 -
