Without giving too much away I live very very close to this house which is about £50,000 overpriced. But at least you get a bar in the bedroom with this one! Picture 8.
Is it your car in pic 10 -

A laundry basket lying on its side, with what looks like a dish of some sort inside it.0 -

Dont know why the agent thought any of the pictures they had taken show the property in a good light.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -

It looks like the kitchen ones were taken at 2 different times. The mop and bucket/chair at the sink/bike by the cooker/washing taken out of the washer, are all different in the 2 pictures.0 -

I know those houses, the location is key with those properties, The village of Churston Ferrers is sought after. The couple in the programme did buy a lovely detatched house in the end, not far from this house. They revisited them in the programme. Lovely part of the country to live in, I love it. I am still looking for a house down here, these are above my budget, but also I would not want a new build terrace for the same price as a nice detached older property. However if they would like to give it to me, I will accept. haha
I live not that far away and know the area a bit. I've never really understood the attraction of Churston Ferrers though. The grammer school is popular. Travel nightmare though. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
