No, the article says they bought for £680k and spent £150k doing work so £830k in total. I'd imagine they'd accept £1mn.
Anyway I resent you making me sound like a vindictive old fishwife!!I was just saying it's nice, but it isn't selling clearly at that price given that it's been featured in the Mail but is still on the market. In my opinion of course, which is often incorrect.... Good luck to them. :A
