I think the new build there is over 60's Churchills apartments.
That flat is indeed about to lose its last selling point.
It's Grot City and no doubt about it - but the one positive point I noted about it was to think "My mother would be interested to watch the 'activity/bit of a viewpoint' thing currently going on. Take that "plus point to some away" and that flat has got absolutely nothing left from anyone's viewpoint.0
