This property is being marketed to over 60's only - the price given is for a 69-year old male. So the decor is a bit off:

An example of a price to people not blighted by advancing years is also given, although I suspect Home Wise would prefer to sell to an hard-drinking, overweight, heavy smoker of 76.
The plumbing in the conservatory is wonderful. Sadly, I missed the ' superb decking area perfect for hosting garden parties.'
Street View of the neighbour on the corner is 'interesting!' :eek:0 -

Not so much the d!cor, that most people would see round, there is no upstairs bathroom. Speaking as a rather mature woman myself, that would be straight off my list0 -

Takes hideous to the next level:

By the time buyers have costed in what it will cost to rip out all that ghastly fake tat, he could end up with less than the plot value.0 -

I don't know what to say!!! :silenced:  The photos all look a bit weird quite apart from the gothic hideousness. Must have used some sort of filter? What sort of weirdo lives in a place like that? _pale_
Bit disconcerted to get a pop up appear which said "I see you're looking at the property, can I help?" :eek:0 -

Little know fact, that was Loyd Grossman's original catchphrase for Through The Keyhole but it was quickly changed0 -
I can't possibly click the thanks button for a post that reminds us that money and taste are not synonymous.0

Indeed they did. Its called High Dynamic Range and ruins photos if done wrong as it is designed to provide higher luminosity in photos.
If done right you would never know but it looks like the EA had just clicked HDR filter on all of these.0 -
I think this may be a new one- spot the fire safety violations...

How can a new build plan be so poorly laid out?
Plus why 3 microwaves and 2 fridge freezers?
Wonder whats the mess like in bedroom and bathroom as I see no pics. The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!0
