The agents are probably recognising the fact that it isn't a commercially viable site, being too small and without great access.
Were it more rural, they might plug the nature and conservation aspects, but being close to human habitation, the sort of buyer who just wants a wild woodland might think twice. I know I [STRIKE]wood[/STRIKE]would.0 -
Maybe they're hoping to sell to 'Go Ape' or something like that.... though as has been said, looks rather small, I can only imagine someone must have hoped to build there. We have near us a park keeper's cottage the council auctioned off and the owners keep trying to submit plans for awful flats where it is, but as far as anyone can tell no one is even permitted to build a private residence on that land. It's not been tested yet, but those buyers may have been sold a pup.0

The kitchen looks in perfect condition, plenty of storage and appears to have all modern conveniences so would be a bit of crime to rip out. Getting rid of the wallpaper could be justified though.0 -

A friend has recently bought 12 acres. Never happier than when chugging around on expensive forestry equipment gathering his "free" logs to run his wood burners. Also likes to spend money on forestry courses where he meets many more doing this.

After a hard day at work just the kind of environment you can relax in.
First have a shower, make something to eat and then relax in front of the telly

Pic 14.
Or did someone say say it reminded them of Taz, the Tasmanian Devil?
Can't remember.
Perhaps I should finish the Pino Griggio and go to bed?0
