The leylandii, which are possibly thuja, are in next door's garden.
No double beds in the rooms. Quality furniture from several decades and no heavy emphasis on technology suggests perhaps a couple of older ladies, (carpet round the loo!) but maybe not that ancient.0 -
Can't work out if it's owned by old person or hipsters!

I'd go with progressive oldieBut what a belter of a house -beautifully proportioned rooms, loads of natural light (despite all the halogens) - really nice place that looks like its been well cared for.

Just a shame about the area!0 -

I noticed the single beds - and thought "Not my generation then (ie baby boomer) - as we have double beds regardless of our marital status/ex status".
If that tree/s are in next doors garden = they arent half protruding heavily into this garden. So the previous owners must like that sort of tree themselves to allow that to happen one presumes. If it was someone in my age group then there might be an obvious hatred of them/feeling they were old-fashioned - clear from them having been trimmed straight down exactly at the fence, so they didnt protrude in.
Sounds feasible that it was two old single women together.0 -
The rightmove filter strike again...

This trend for over manipulating the pictures really gets my goat, it gives me an unsettling feeling that something is wrong, even if I can't pin point what exactly.
Though in this one they've gone totally uncanny valley;

Some 'interesting' decor here. I especially like the very tasteful mirrored ceiling in the second living room

That's quite an interesting and unusual property, regardless of the decor.0 -

We were house hunting in that area last year, and that agent in particular does that a lot - it drove us to the point of avoiding their properties, as not only did all their pictures have some sort of photoshop filter on, but their staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, when we asked advice at viewings (we were FTB).
Ironically, the house we bought was listed with their Timperley branch and was just as bad, but the vendor had gone dual agent with a local Manchester based agent and we bought through them.
Here's another local agent guilty. Not to mention you need sunglasses to look at this one!

The fitted furniture in pics 9 and 13 looks good quality stuff. Shame they didn't get the same people to update the kitchen.
I knew of two sisters and their cousin living together. There's a 3 year gap between them all. Two of them married and were widowed in their 50s and decided to sell up their homes and got something similar to this.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
