This one may have been just added to Rightmove, but it was knocking about on this thread some time ago, probably last year, because I still remember it. Someone dug out info about its history, I think.
It's OK, fun even, but I don't see much value in quirk, especially facing some ex-council houses and with a great rear view of a concrete water tower!
The garage was never meant for a car. With all that grass, a ride-on mower is most likely in there somewhere.

I suppose at least it's tenanted, so you don't have to live there yourself, but here's a 1 bed flat in an ex-office block that in fact only has the floorplan from when it was an office, and is in the middle of a giant roundabout.
