    It is lovely isn't it :) But it is by no means unusual to have a good view in Keswick so not sure that alone would justify an extra 100K or so.

    Whilst 9 & 10 are a bit odd and obviously related to the history of the house in someway, 11 is just a wierd photo!

    What's wierd about the garage being in the garden? I doubt cars were an issue when the house was built!

    This one may have been just added to Rightmove, but it was knocking about on this thread some time ago, probably last year, because I still remember it. Someone dug out info about its history, I think.

    It's OK, fun even, but I don't see much value in quirk, especially facing some ex-council houses and with a great rear view of a concrete water tower!

    The garage was never meant for a car. With all that grass, a ride-on mower is most likely in there somewhere.

    Yes I think it was up with another agent earlier this year. I seem to recall photos then seemed to show some possible damp problems.
