Short lease
At £2000 a week it's cheaper than a hotel room for a year even if you can't get a lease renewal. It's possibly even cheaper than renting for a year in that location. No mention of the service fee for the porter and the tennis court though.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
That's quite possibly the ugliest building I've ever seen.
I've also just noticed it's POA. To me POA means don't bother (even if the letters don't fit). Maybe others think the same, since it's been on more than a year now.

You can get stuck with a bill for repairs at the end of the lease.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
