Looking at the two neighbouring props that have recently sold it's not a filled in fireplace, but a fake one. There are no chimneys on these houses.
Even with the condition I doubt that you could justify knocking more than 15K off for a full makeover0 -

That's bad. The agent's been around donkey's years, so not a quick sale, cheapo Johnny.
I like the room plan showing the intriguing 'study' over the stairway and the priest hole between bed 2 and the bathroom. Just the place to wall-up the local drug dealer....:cool:0 -

When I first started to shop in Lidl I was practically the only native English speaker in the shop. Nowadays the accents are plummy rather than Eastern European.
And this really was the branch I first used

I was just thinking about one of my lines in a panto about 4 or 5 years ago.
As Queen Victoria, I had to turn to Albert and say, "I don't recognise anything; it's just like being in Lidl!"
That always got a big laugh, but I'm not sure if it would now, since most people know exactly what's in Lidl these days.
Anyway, we're posh here. No Mecca Bingo, but I can drop into the RHS on the way to my nearest branch!:rotfl:0 -

Oooh....now is that deemed to be "politically incorrect" these days?:rotfl::rotfl:.
I saved that one fast - as I can think of one poster that might not like it...though they never post on this sub-forum.....:) - and I want to go back and watch some nearby clips...0
