I love the way the agents say it's 'hidden' in the Chew Valley, when it's actually on a main commuter route to fashionable Chew Magna and beyond.
Here's another you might like, but it's on a bend at nightmare junction if one's coming from the direction of the house with two Belfst sinks outside (?) Garden's across the road.

The Taunton one posted by Davesnave is odd on Streetview. On one view it looks pretty with flowers and troughs around it, but on another view it is unloved and barren looking with one window boarded up as though someone had driven right into it. Not sure which is the most recent view.0

If I owned that place, my first move would be to remove the plant pots, install some kind of crash barrier, and then grow something tough to hide it.
But, then again, I would never buy the property!0 -

You mean this view, which I don't think is helping it to sell...

It's at least 22 miles from Taunton!0 -
Is there a competition for who can create the ugliest new house? If so, this has got to be in with a good chance of winning.

Love the blurb 'sensitively designed' :rotfl:0 -

Too bad it's literally in the middle of the road.0 -

How to have a reminder of just how many bad drivers there are out there:eek:. I wouldnt touch it with a bargepole anyway - even if all drivers were good ones - but such obvious evidence that some aren't = :eek:0 -

It was the one thing that hadn't been destroyed in your 2009 view! I don't class myself as a nervous person, but I wouldn't be comfortable in that room when I felt the rumblings of an on-coming lorry.:eek::eek:
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

As I pointed out, if entering this junction from the road opposite, one is virtually blind to traffic from the right. There's a mirror, which isn't functional in the Street View Stumpy provided, but it appears to be at the time when the house was hit.
Last time I was there, in bad visibility, the mirror was no use. There won't be another time; I now use the other road!0
