As for the term in itself this isn't this a standard term for farmland etc?
the reason they are trying to prevent others from doing it is the current owner has tried and has failed. if they dont put this clause in there, someone else could come along and benefit from a nice little bonus if they could get it lifted. something the current owner thinks should be gifted to them instead. oh well. i'd steer well clear.0 -
One of these agents isn't telling the truth!

Looking at the floor plan, how do you get from the lounge to the kitchen? Round and through the garden?0 -

1 bedroom terraced house for sale PLUS office/study added to Rightmove on 12 April 2016 at a fixed price of £89,950.
2 bedroom house for sale added to Rightmove on 28 November April 2016 at £82,950.
I'd guess it didn't sell at £89,950, and so someone has 'converted' the office/study back into a bedroom, cut the price, and appointed different agents.0 -

Too bad it's literally in the middle of the road.
Here's another you might like, but it's on a bend at nightmare junction if one's coming from the direction of the house with two Belfst sinks outside (?) Garden's across the road.

Spotted the damp from outside picture first agent. By the time 2nd agent got their hands on it - it looks as if the place has been re-decorated to hide the damp (that sheen on the woodwork looks rather new). Is that what you mean?
Wouldn't want the house either way.....0 -

The thought of living in that makes me so depressed!0 -
I think it's quite cute - but I'd be hitting the walls with frustration at how tiny it is and wondering whether that grass around it was or wasn't its garden.
But the thatch factor would do for me. I love thatched roofs - and wouldn't touch them with a bargepole (fire risks:eek: insurance costs:eek:).0 -
I was prepared to love the Chew one until I realised that it too was basically a roundabout. its a bog standard 18th century toll house So scarcely surprising that it's on a main road.0
