I don't think it is the bathroom - I think it's the downstairs WC.
My guess is that this room may have been a toilet originally, then converted into some sort of utility room but then converted back to a toilet.0 -

Also, rather ominously, it's described as a 'two bed house with an additional room in the loft', which on the floorplan is only called 'Room in loft' suggesting it somehow doesn't meet legal requirements to be a bedroom, despite having two beds in it. Ceilings too low, perhaps, from the photo?0 -
