As for the property itself, if I were interested, buying the freehold and renting it out seems the better bet and maybe present it with a little more chutzpah.

Also depends on the market in the area. We had 6 over-asking price offers within 24 hrs of ours going on the market. Was very flattering but the average for starter homes in our area at the moment is 10days, so not exactly long!0 -
