Took me a moment to work out what picture 27 was. Still puzzling what it contributes.0 -

Maybe a non-verbal signal of "Chavs need not apply" ?:rotfl:
Not a bad house - but not sure what a family would feel about not having any walls around their front garden (ie to keep the children safe from playing with the traffic). Add the childless ones of us that like to have walls around our property and the house may not sell as fast as the (good) condition of it would indicate it should.0 -
Not a bad house, but no demarcation of the frontage, by contrast tiny - albeit attractive - back yard; overlooked. I wouldn't even view.0
-
All the hallmarks then of a house someone was determined to build on a bit of land not really quite big enough for it.
The owner needs to put up something (one way or another) at that entrance to the front garden. It's very clear it is their front garden - but not dealt with in a way that would physically prevent a determined "antisocial" from using it as a car park/extension of road for themselves. To sell it - the owner does need to make it clear that would-be intruders have been excluded.0 -

they'd probably moved it out of all the other rooms to get them looking good and the photographer went in there by mistake.0
