World's lousiest bedroom size/price ratio?
http://www.sothebysrealtypt.com/imoveis/house-5-bedrooms-loule-central-countryside_pt1_8987 & note that staircase. No wonder the bedroom is so small.
The maid is included. So it isn't people trafficking if estate agents are involved?0 -

Such a disappointing "garden" for such a unique property. Didn't take long to sell though.0 -

This 'stunning' property is also WAY overpriced for the area as well.
Wouldn't want to be the cleaner. :eek:Lost my way for far too long but now back on board to lead a more simplistic lifestyle

That is lovely. I'm amused that the secret staircase is shown on the floorplan.0 -

Gorgeous building. Interesting that its split into 6... I guess going forward that developing these magnificent old buildings will be the only was they can survive. Not sure I'd like a share of the maintenance costs mind.0 -

Nice property of itself - minus the one tiny quirk of a washbasin that doesnt match its nearby loo (or the house as a whole) in style.
But - yep - I see what you mean. There seems to be very little garden as such and a very heavy reliance on "borrowed views" for "garden" to look at. Very risky strategy to rely on "borrowed views" - as we all know only too well that the view might be built on unless one owns it.0 -
The smallest house on Rightmove?

Yours for £550,000.Been away for a while.0 -
Took a Google Streetview walk down Bridle Lane and couldn't see a small two storey building, so not sure how it is freehold, unless it's down some tiny alleyway I missed.
Also one of the steepest staircases I've ever seen. More like a ladder.Been away for a while.0 -
