Oh, that's lovely.
Just right for a renovation but then you don't pay vat on a new build so possibly knock down.Lost my way for far too long but now back on board to lead a more simplistic lifestyle

The thing that would put me off is the common "Thanks to neighbours - it's no longer a link-detached house". Neighbours to the right have turned their garage into a room by the look of it - so it's a terrace house now:(.0 -

Must be rented to tenants surely. Who in their right mind would think you could present a property like that for sale.
Maybe that's why there is something (I can't quite put my finger on) that feels "unfriendly" about that house and it's not down to counting 4 single beds and a rather small kitchen and sitting room correspondingly to cover 6 people living there presumably.
EDIT; Just realised - I can't see any photos whatsoever of the back garden. Guessing this means it's missing?0
