I can't see anything wrong with this house, but the price history on Property Bee is interesting:
27th April: listed at £400,000
3rd May: reduced to £380,000
5th May: reduced to £375,000
12th May: reduced to £365,000
£400,000 was optimistic, but they've dropped the price incredibly fast.
Only thing I see wrong with this property is the bottom of the kitchen units need to be boxed up - kickboards installed as I hate seeing kitchen units like this. Must be a pain to sweep the crumbs, bits of food that go under there. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I was just about to post that. It's not inkeeping with the style of house at all, and the decor is very overdone.0 -
