I love the way that it is marketed as being in Rochester, when it is in the rather more chavy Strood! My sister does that. He lives in Strood, but leaves it off his address and puts Rochester instead. There is a blooming great river that divides them for goodness sakes0

I suspect the EA has convinced the owner it will look better with photos showing someone living there and the tenants either are not co-operating or don't even know photos have been taken.0
