No garden and a weird layout - not really what you would expect for a family home in a "quaint village".

Must be a tenant who doesn't want to leave it's filthy!
The quaint village seems to have caused Luton to move and become a suburb of St Albans.0 -

What a carpet! (pic 3 and 5)
Sad story with that, surely?
Moved in in mid-life in the 1970s, now not physically fit and need to move out or the partner who was ill has moved on.
Evidence of impaired movement - such as the sofa balanced on objects to increase its height.
(Or have I completely mis-read that?)0 -

No photos of the outside.
Blurb states one bathroom. There are two in the photos! The maroon one is definitely off pic 5 as can see the towel rail with the blue towel.
The road has a mixture of houses with various ages.
At first I thought the footstool in picture #2 was the same as in pictures #6 and #7 of http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41383611.html (posted above by alice_kate). Now I'm not so sure.0 -

Well - it "could" be bought as a rather quirky detached meditation room/yoga studio by someone nearby and a bit of added garden space.
Or is it just me thinking that, for that price, I'd give the matter some consideration if I were a near neighbour.0 -

No, I think you're right.
Downstairs wet room, a bed downstairs, commode in the bedroom. All seems like somebody unable to manage in that house anymore.0 -
