I've seen it again elsewhere. Now I think it's a radio aerial on the vehicle they used, which somehow got into the picture accidentally.

It's not something I'd ever want but it seems slightly less weird to me in a house that size than when people put them in an ordinary living room or shed

They are joking about the price aren't they?:eek: Presumably other nearby houses that sold are normal size and don't have a ROW right across their garden.

Don't know the area - but I'm assuming that £80k would be more like the correct price in view of those two facts?
