It last sold in 2007 for £110k.
The one next door sold for £77k....

Well, the only things cheaper in a 5 mile radius are a couple of apartments and a load of beach holiday homes and mobile homes.
Thats what being a mile down the road from Sandringham, and near the coast and on the (very) fringes of the North Norfolk house price hotspot (think Burnham Market).0 -
