Pic 9 - rather odd partition that appears to be able to run up the length of the bed ...?
That's a really lovely house, in a great street. It needs a [STRIKE]bit[/STRIKE] lot of updating, but I would struggle to buy a one-bed flat for that money here in London. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
An old friend has just popped into my inbox.
At first I thought, "Surely not?" but Rightmove confirms it's truly the same property.....

Pity the pics from 2013 are so small now. It was a real "Look at This!" classic in its time.0 -

Think it will sell a bit quicker this time. Amazing transformation. If you are prepared to do a lot of decorating there are some bargains to be had!0 -

It last sold for £220k, so unless they were builders, it's likely a loss is being made here. Sadly, I know the cost of such a refurb.0 -
At least they purchased the cleaning products. Shame they were never used.

I was going to submit this as the ugliest house I'd seen in ages, but then I realised the reason it's so bad is because there are no windows on the second floor. This must mean there are Velux roof lights instead, although the 'infant school' floor plan doesn't show any.
I still wonder how/if it meets fire regs and I note that the agent expects "strong interest," although they didn't have anything substantial at their original valuation...

The streetview doesn't do it any favours. Looks totally out of place. You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0 -

And I'm not sure it'll get asking considering the job losses in Port Talbot recentlyshame, it's quite the transformation!
