It's not an estate agent though, it's an auction house. This wouldn't be the worst property to buy at auction, I've seen much worse

I saw an American tv program were the vendor of a house that was a couple of years old had done just that, but with clingfilm. He 'lived' in a closet in the house. Yep, just the closet (and it was a small one). He wanted to maintain any value the house had.

I can honestly say that I have never ever seen anyone do that to a bath. Why? It's not even practical.
