I'm wondering why the garden is so well kept and the inside needs complete reonovation. Guessing the occupant died and the gardener wasn't told!

The blurb says so, but I think it's overpriced for such a large restoration. Is it footballer territory? Maybe someone will fall in love.

I like the agent's spiel:
"Set over approximately 1.2 acres.... a viewing is highly advised to fully appreciate the size of the land.

It's roughly 1.2 acres, whichever way you look at it! Chicken feed.

Maybe the occupant died in the fire.
