Besides the horrid outbuildings that need to go, according to the floorplan, in order to access the bathroom, bed 2 and 3, you have to walk through bed 1.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Why on earth would that be an appropriate time to take a photo?!0 -

The water is metered. Surprised there isn't a bucket to use to flush the loo. Why waste that expensive resource just for the EA's photographic session? [can't insert smiley - editing not working]0 -

It's a wee bit tight, but I see two potential building plots there. At £50k each they could be cheap, but it's the wrong bit of Stirchley!0 -

So it is basically a 2 bed house then.
Also that metal gate thing in front of the patio door - high crime area?0 -
I nearly drove myself mad trying to count the number of love hearts in this property, but you won't waste your time on such silly compulsive behaviour....will you?

It's an old mill-house, so I presume it's part of the mechanism.
I tried to find views of it on street view but only get the estate built on (I presume) part of the original grounds - very frustrating!
Given it's in a rather beautiful part of Wales, what's the catch (apart from the nearby estate)? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
